Hotel Bavaria / Familienhotel Pfronten (Bavaria) is one of around 60 hotels in the Familotel group across Europe.
Our hotel offers 35 apartments and suites, specially designed for families with children. An 11,000 sqm hotel estate, a 5,000 sqm playground, a 90 sqm pool, Knight Rüdiger’s children’s bath, a wellness area with saunas and outdoor space, a sun terrace with views of the Allgäu Alps all the way to the Zugspitze, and a supervised kids’ club complete the wide range of facilities for our guest families.

To strengthen our housekeeping team, we are looking for a team member (m/f/d) who ideally already has some initial experience in cleaning and preparing guest rooms. Care, reliability and friendliness towards our discerning guests are essential requirements for this role.
Career changers are welcome and will receive thorough onboarding and training from our executive housekeeper.

Children’s Entertainer / Childcare Assistant (m/f/d)

As part of the children’s entertainment team at our Familotel Bavaria / Familienhotel Pfronten, you will be a warm and caring companion for our youngest guests. You will help ensure that children enjoy a safe, fun and enriching time during their stay. With your energy and empathy, you create a welcoming atmosphere where children feel at ease and can explore their curiosity. Your role is to build a trusted environment in which parents can relax and enjoy their holiday, knowing their children are being looked after with genuine care.
Your responsibilities:
- Looking after and supervising children of different age groups within the hotel
- Organising and leading age-appropriate games, activities and creative programmes
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children throughout their stay
- Supporting special events and children’s programmes at the hotel
- Maintaining the play areas and ensuring they remain clean and tidy
Your qualifications:
- A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, initiative and enjoyment in working with children
- Willingness to play an active role in a dynamic hotel environment and to work flexibly
- The ability to plan and deliver creative activities
