When you head off on holiday, your children deserve caring and professional supervision where boredom simply doesn’t stand a chance. Day after day, we take our young guests into a new world of fun and discovery as they explore the adventure-filled Allgäu through games, excitement and unforgettable experiences.
At Familotel Bavaria, your children can enjoy entertaining days in the Happy Club or on exciting discovery tours.
We offer a variety of programmes and activities tailored to every age group.
As part of our childcare programme, we go on wonderful outings with you or let off steam together on our 11,000 m² outdoor adventure playground.
Our family excursions might take you to the Walderlebniszentrum Füssen, the Treasure Island playground or the ice rink – depending on the season, we come up with fun daily programmes for you every day except Tuesdays. After all, boredom is never on the agenda here.
Here at Bavaria: Feel like real cowboys and pan for gold at our own gold-panning attraction. You can exchange the nuggets you collect at our Happy Bank and receive real Happy Talers. Trade your Happy Talers for great toys and make your holiday even more exciting.
All-Inclusive for Children
With us, all-inclusive really does mean all-inclusive – including full board for even the very youngest guests. For babies, we provide a selection of Hipp baby jars and milk powder. Older children can help themselves at the children’s buffet or enjoy meals alongside the adults. They can also serve themselves at the juice bar in the children’s restaurant. Whether it’s summer or winter, there is always something exciting happening here. Whenever possible, we head outdoors – true to our motto “Experience every day outside”. Very often, no weather is too bad for us to explore and discover the beautiful Allgäu. Are you joining in?

Childcare at the Happy Club
At the Happy Club, it’s time for arts and crafts, painting, games and getting everything ready for our themed activity days.
Childcare hours:
Wednesday to Monday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. At 6:00 pm, we head to dinner together.
During Bavarian school holidays, daily from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm without interruption.
We kindly ask parents to provide a change of clothes as well as complete seasonal outdoor clothing, because when we are outside on colder days, it can get wet and windy.
In addition, parents need to hand in a completed child profile form at the Happy Club. You will receive this from reception on arrival.
Your parents will receive the schedules for our external excursions in advance by email.

Around the children’s hotel
Right next to the hotel, our outdoor adventure playground “Princes and Princesses” is waiting for you. Here, children can let off steam on slides and swings, stroke our rabbits or kick a football around on the pitch. In the afternoons, we gather around the campfire to share stories and grill delicious stick bread and sausages on sticks carved by hand.
We also head out on excursions into the beautiful Allgäu and explore the nature surrounding Bavaria – your family hotel in the Allgäu. We visit castle ruins, go sailing on Lake Forggensee, enjoy the summer toboggan run in Nesselwang and much more. Every outing and every destination is unique and full of little secrets waiting to be discovered. Explore the Allgäu together with us. Whatever the season – whether sailing, horse riding, enjoying a ski course for children or gathering around the campfire – fun is guaranteed here.
